I've done my fair share of Emergency First Aid courses in my time and i can easily say this one was the most enjoyable. Bernie, the course tutor ran a great day, not only making sure we all went back to the gym prepared for any first aid incidents but he also made the course enjoyable to be on. Couldn't recommend enough

I recently took part in a one day First Aid course. The trainers we very helpful, clear & informative, getting all topics across in a relaxed environment. Lots of essential skills covered - I left feeling confident & positive I would be able to help someone in need.

Brilliant first aid course run by two knowledgeable and experienced guys that made the course fun, easy to understand and informative. With their experience in the field, we got taught by guys that not only understand the first aid principles but have also lived it so we knew we were getting quality teaching. I’d highly recommend these guys above others because of their experience in the field and knowledge but also how passionate they are about what they do and they’re both really really nice guys.
Had a great experience re-learning a lot of things I’d forgotten over the years! Great course taught by two guys that have real life experiences to back the theory up. Really enjoyed the hands-on, practical approach, over the conventional theory based courses I’ve attended in the past. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
